Blogging doesn't burn very many calories does it? Did not even come close to my steps goals today. I blame my terrible nights' sleep. I tried taking melatonin before bed to try to offset the tea that I drank really late in the evening (after a day on the computer and no activity I was literally fighting to keep my eyes open!) but that ended up giving the worst nightmares and crazy vivid dreams. That is the downside with the health supplement melatonin, it gives you crazy memorable and vivid dreams but they could be really good OR really BAD!
Another night of sleep that was kind of poo-poo.
This lovely little pat on the back hit my email inbox today and it did help me smile all day. A scale that rewards you and lets you know you are doing a good job is the best kind of scale if you ask me. The Aria is sweet and kind which is not typical for any other scale I have met in life.
