Filming, blogging & shopping and I still hit my activity calorie goal however I still have yet to reach my goal of 10,000 steps. I did make a point to do a little shopping to get those step numbers up and sadly still didn't reach my goal. It has taught me that in a usual day I am definitely not as mobile as I thought I was.
This week I have not been setting alarms and have been trying to go to bed when I first feel sleepy. My sleeping patterns are pretty normal averaging 8 hours, which I found incredibly surprising as I always thought of myself as having super wonky sleep patterns.
