Another typical weekday consisting of computer work, editing & thrift shopping! I got my hair did by the lovely and oh so talented Sarah at the Sarah Scott hair studio in the morning and decided to spend the afternoon window shopping in the city after enjoying a bowl of pho from my favourite noodle house Basil Ultimate Pho. I figured I would enjoy my favourite meals this week before I start cleaning up the diet next week.
I figured out how to get the tracker into sleep mode and its pretty cool to see how well you slept!
I forgot to log my water this week and I actually don't think I drank anywhere near close to my 2L goal. I have put little reminders around for both drinking and logging water consumption. I track water right in My Fitness Pal which I will admit I have been slacking on this week as I am more focused on getting a baseline for activity in an average week. That and there is still a bunch of leftover "weekend" (Read: Junky, fatty, processed) food in the house that I can't bring myself to log in the app. The new healthy eating starts next week, until then I will stick my head in the sand and pretend like I didn't just eat that Costco hot dog.
